HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SLEEP BOSS PRODUCTS?
We know you like options, so we offer Afterpay, PayPal, Stripe, and bank deposit services to ensure the security of your payment details. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (except Diners), charged in AUD. Invoicing is available on the Corporate plan over five orders. If you'd like to pay by Amex, we can send you a direct payment link.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
DOMESTIC
We ship within three business days. Our team chooses the quickest courier or Australia Post to get from us to you. If you have any concerns, please contact us. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

INTERNATIONAL
If you are outside of Australia, we would be very happy to send you our products. Please email us, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
WHAT IF I HAVE SOMETHING I WANT TO RETURN?
We love our products, and we hope you will too. But if you are not happy for whatever reason, send it back to us within four weeks of the order date, and we will happily exchange it or refund you if the contents are unopened and unused.
All returns can be sent to PO Box 3140, Prahran, VICTORIA, Australia 3181.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED PURE?
Our products are Cruelty-Free, Australian Made or sourced, Vegan, and Certified Pure. Where possible, we choose only recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable products and packaging.
These essential oils are the finest quality available and have been stringently tested and certified as 100% pure, natural & true to botanical.
Our herbal Sleep Tea is made with all Australian organic and certified organic ingredients.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS
Our products are not tested on animals. We are proud to work only with suppliers that are certified cruelty-free.
CAN I BACKORDER PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can backorder products. We apologise if your item is out of stock at this time as we are constantly restocking and updating our website.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We are always happy to help. If your order has left our facility, we can place a new order and provide a credit for the items when they are returned.

If your order has not left our facility, we will be happy to accommodate as best we can. Just send us an email, and we will get in touch as quickly as possible.

ARE CORPORATE GIFTS TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
According to the Australian Tax Office Website, gifts below $300 are a tax-deductible expense as long as they're classified as a 'non-entertainment' gift. The same rule applies for other special occasions such as birthdays. Gifts of $300 or more will be subject to FBT but will still be deductible. If you have any questions, please consult your accountant for advice.

HOW DO WE PRACTICE SUSTAINABILITY AT THE SLEEP BOSS?
At The Sleep Boss, we're committed to reducing waste and being eco-friendly in all aspects of our business. From our refillable range to our casing take-back program, we've taken a 360-degree approach to sustainability.

Our gift boxes are made with biodegradable materials and our mailer bags are compostable and biodegradable (AS4736 & AS 5810).

We also use corn-starch padding buds and diffuser casings that are biodegradable. Plus, our packaging is recyclable and we have a recycle program for all packaging.

We're also proud to be vegan-friendly and not test on animals, while being PETA compliant and palm oil-free.
WHAT IS THE CASING TAKE BACK PROGRAM?
Our Free Casing Take-Back Program is designed to reduce waste and encourage sustainable practices.
It's easy to get started - simply contact us and we'll send you a free shipping label to send back any empty bamboo casings within The Sleep Boss range. We'll take care of the recycling with TerraCycle, ensuring that our casings have a second life.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
