When you order a refill bottle, you'll get to keep your very own unique 30ml bamboo casing and dropper, adding a touch of style and convenience to your daily routine.
Replacing the bottle inside is a simple process - just remove the existing bottle through the screw cap at the base. You can then clean and recycle the bottle or send it back to us for recycling.
To remove the base and glass bottle, use the key provided with your order and turn it counterclockwise. Follow the video instructions on this page to ensure a seamless replacement process.
Lost your key? Don't stress. We'll send you a new one with your refill order.
For cleaning, use a clean damp cloth with a little dish soap to clean your bamboo casing at any time. Make sure they are fully dry before inserting a refill bottle. Your empty glass bottles can be washed in the dishwasher or with dish soap and a bottle brush and popped in your general recycling bin or you can send them back to us for conscious recycling with Terracycle.
