All Australian orders of over $100 will receive free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days).Orders $100 and under will incur a $10.50 Standard Shipping fee. Customerscan also choose to upgrade to Express Shipping for $15.00. From time to time, we will offer free shipping promotions below the standard offer. We ship all of our Australian orders with Australia Post and Australia Post Express Post. With Australia Post, you will receive an email updating you on where your parcel is at every stage of its journey to you. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and scanned by the delivery driver, when it is on board for delivery, and when a delivery attempt has been made.
Yes, all deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow the link to track your order.

Most items are eligible for express shipping. If we are unable to ship your items by express, we will choose the fastest possible delivery option.
No, our orders do not require a signature on delivery, and if you are not home, the courier will always look for a safe place to leave the parcel. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.
Yes in most cases, if all the items you ordered are in stock, they will ship together as one parcel. Occasionally, we need to create more than one shipment. You will be sent these details when your order shipment is created.

We are just as disappointed as you are if you've received a damaged or faulty product! The Sleep Boss will replace any product that arrives damaged or is faulty. Please email us a photograph or video here to begin the replacement process. Please note that we must receive the damaged product(s) within 30 days of your order, along with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation number, to verify your purchase and process a replacement. Our Bamboo products and Ceramic Diffusers come with a one-year warranty. On rare occasions, we need to issue a replacement for a faulty diffuser, and the faulty diffuser must be returned to our warehouse to process a replacement. Yes! Selected products at The Sleep Boss are available for international purchase. We no longer ship to the US due to import tariffs. Please note that shipping costs are higher for international orders.
