How does our Casing Take-Back Program work?

We’ve made getting started with the Free Casing Take-Back Program easy! Simply contact us to send you a free shipping label to ship your Sleep Boss bamboo casings to us, and we’ll recycle them with TerraCycle.

We’re accepting any of our bamboo casing products that cannot be reused including bamboo rollers, essential oil bottles and roller refill bottles. If you’re unsure on whether or not your product can be recycled please contact us.

What can I recycle through the Casing Take Back Program?

Any empty bamboo casing within The Sleep Boss range.

NOTE: please clean the product using a little dish soap and warm water.

The program does not accept:

Other brands of bamboo products or packaging

Outer cardboard packaging and pouch bags can be recycled with your local council or RedCycle compliant program, so please don’t include this in your shipment to The Sleep Boss recycle team.

Are there any costs associated with participating in this program?

The Sleep Boss sponsors this national recycling program making it free for you to participate.

What are the best practices for shipping my recycling to The Sleep Boss?

We encourage you to ship when your brown bag is full of bamboo casings to minimise the footprint of this program.

Do I need to clean items before I send them to The Sleep Boss?

Yes, we ask that you do clean the casing before sending it to us for recycling. Australia Post will not accept wet or dripping items, so please make sure your items are clean and dry.
