1. Remove roller cap by gently lifting the edge with your fingernail pushing it upwards. It will release relatively easily. Alternatively you can also use a teaspoon to lift the roller ball out of the vial top.

2. Open your 30ml refill bottle. Use the refill dropper to pour your chosen blend into the roller. It takes about 10 fills of the dropper to refill.

3. Put your roller ball back in the top and push firmly. It pops back in quite easily. Put the lid back on and shake.
