How to Use Your Slumber Inspiration Luxe Set

Sleep Tea

Add one teaspoon of tea leaves to the Tea Infuser.
Place the infuser in a cup of hot water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
Sip slowly, allowing the soothing blend to relax your mind and body before bedtime.

Relax Bath Soak

Sprinkle a generous amount into warm running bathwater.
Immerse yourself in the bath, taking deep breaths to release tension.
Soak for at least 20 minutes to let the natural ingredients restore and rejuvenate.

Roller Cleaning Brush

Use the cleaning brush to gently clean the roller heads, especially after prolonged use or oil blending.
Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then let dry before reusing.

Essential Oil Rollers

Apply your chosen roller (Sleep, Meditation, Mindfulness, or Resilience) to pulse points such as wrists, neck, or temples.

Pure Essential Oils

Add 3-5 drops of your selected oil (Sleep, Meditation, Mindfulness, or Resilience) to your diffuser.
Turn on the diffuser to fill your space with a calming or invigorating aroma.
For topical use, dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil before applying to skin.

Diffuser (Black or White)

Fill the diffuser with water up to the recommended level.
