Add a few drops to a compatible diffuser or oil burner according to the device instructions.
10ml Meditation Essential Oil Roller
Apply to pulse points such as wrists or neck. Pause and enjoy the aroma. Keep close for meditation, journalling, breathwork or sitting quietly.
30ml Meditation Luxury Oil
Warm 3–5 drops between your palms and breathe deeply before pressing into skin, hair ends, cuticles or dry areas of the body. The Luxury Oil can also be used to refill your Meditation Essential Oil Roller.
