Our Story
Where it began
The Sleep Boss was not built as a wellness product. It was built because nothing else worked.
Created in Melbourne in 2020 by an Australian entrepreneur who had spent years managing the compounding pressure of a high-performance career, business, and family, and eventually found herself deep in persistent chronic anxiety and insomnia. Pharmaceutical interventions proved ineffective and came with significant side effects.
The answer, when it came, was beautifully simple: natural aromatherapy. Working with artisan aromatherapists and formulating without synthetics or fillers, every product was created to offer effective, non-pharmaceutical tools that support calm, relaxation, and sustainable daily ritual.
